        TL series tissue mill has a pair of opposite high speed arms, it destroys sample structure by beads beating and friction, easily achieve sample disruption in seconds to minutes. Smallest end sample diameter reaches 5um.

         

        For most occasions, TL mills can easily handle animal organs with regular tubes and protocol. However, for fibred connective tissue, lymph and tumor, we need harder and thicker 5ml tubes for satisfying result. For such experiment, we developed 5ml adapters and tubes.

        Using normal 1.5ml centrifuge tube(which is typical for easy samples), samples are not fully destruct, some fragment can be found in end sample.

        5ml tubes enable larger beads, increasing impact power. Also enlarge sample capacity; the sample amount of a full 1.5ml tube reaches half of the tube volume, leaving enough space for bead movement..

        For the best effect, using faster TL2010s at 1800rpm for 5mins, samples are fully homogenized. And pause function gives enough time to lose impact heat, so that no harm done to sample bio-activity.
